PUE stands for Power Usage Effectiveness.
PUE is globally the most widely accepted metric used in measuring the efficiency of a Data Centre.
Created by the Green Grid, it is simply a comparison of the total amount of power that a Data Centre uses, versus how much of that power is used for IT purposes. These three words also describe the philosophy behind our company.
The design of today's Data Centres present a number of significant challenges. How do you minimise the use of power, provide effective cooling and allow the facility to adapt and change to meet business needs in a sustainable manner?
We recognise that a Data Centre is a complex combination of systems made by many different manufacturers. PUE combines the leading brands from around the world in each of the critical Data Centre infrastructure areas; Power, Cooling and Room Efficiency.
The end result is a range of solution options that will enhance your Data Centre performance, save you money in ongoing operational expense and perhaps most importantly, reduce your carbon footprint.
